Steeplechasing can be a great alternative for your racehorse who is not performing up to his potential. The hurdles can make a distracted horse pay attention or give a horse who would rather “gallop all day” a chance to excel. The small filly and mare steeplechase division can give your claiming filly a chance to run in stake races; increasing her value as a broodmare.
